Meanwhile, on Apokolips, Darksied tells Desaad that he has diverted all their energy to cloak their presence from the Anti-Monitor. If the good guys win, great, the status quo is maintained. If the bad guy wins, he’ll be weak and Darksied can destroy him.

On Oa, the Guardians argue about a council vote that determined they would not send the Green Lantern Corps into action. However, now that they are free from being held prisoner, the rings of the Green Lanterns will function once again…

Back in the 20th century on Earth-1, Vixen locates T.O. Morrow (creator of Red Tornado) and contacts Firestorm and Firehawk to meet them on the partially-destroyed JLA satellite where they work with J’onn J’onzz and Cyborg to repair him. The Atom goes inside Red Tornado and Professor Stein notes, “That structure is unearthly. It’s impossible to save him now.”
